Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Legal to support healthcare
and commercial law functions related to oncology product
commercialization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as lead brand attorney for the first product candidate,
advising on commercialization strategies
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and provide legal advice
on healthcare law and compliance matters
Partner with Compliance on training materials and advise on risk
management related to pharmaceutical product commercialization
Required Qualifications
Juris doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active state
bar admission
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in a pharmaceutical or
biotechnology company or law firm
Significant experience with commercial, medical affairs, and
R&D departments
Expertise in FDA regulations, anti-kickback laws, and privacy
laws
Experience with pharmaceutical product launches and market access
contracting preferred
