Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Process Manager,
Reconciliation & Control (Work from Home).
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day processes and lead associates within the assigned
vertical
Drive performance results and monitor service level metrics
Recommend and execute process improvements while supporting audit
requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of people management experience
At least 1 year of risk management or process management
experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft
Office
