Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Services Representative -
IC2.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve issues for a large web application,
including performance analysis and security updates
Implement new software features and develop tools while
specializing in client or server-side web application
development
Collaborate within an Agile SCRUM team for planning, scoping, and
executing technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technologies,
or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in a software engineer role on a maintenance
and/or support team
3+ years of Genero BDL experience, with recent experience in the
4Js Genero BDL suite
Proficiency in current web client technologies, including HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and .net
Familiarity with SQL and OWASP threats and mitigation
techniques
