The territory will encompass grocery stores in Fountain Valley, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cyprus, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Stanton and Westminster . Job Requirements:Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensure and increase proper product placement that delivers best visibility and suggesting items of value to build customer loyalty while maintaining merchandising display standards Identify opportunities for incremental display space to drive sales volume Increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling and building displays, creating themes with related items to support holiday/special promo events, and making plan-o-gram adjustments when necessary Build relationships with store personnel, create impactful action plans, and support a positive brand image Educate store managers on merchandising by sharing data and analytics on sales volume, seasonal profits, and promotions to maximize their sales revenue Develop plans to close sales gaps Participate in weekly team calls Accurate and timely completion of sales data and reports The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Requirements High school diploma/GED or equivalent At least 18 years of age Ability to drive your personal and reliable vehicle to report to assigned locations Valid driver's license and auto insurance Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Ability to communicate with basic email and internet skills Physical Demands This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Demands of this position require you to perform your essential job duties - You may be on your feet for long periods of time. You are required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach overhead, climb stairs or ladders, repetitively push/pull and/or lift/carry at least -50 lbs. and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. Refrigerated and freezer sections). Driving is an essential function of this position.
