Job DescriptionOur office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual with a positive attitude to join our outstanding customer service team. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. We are a nationally recognized Farmers Agency and we pride ourselves on providing top level service to our customers.Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a plus. All of our team members are required to have their insurance license or obtain their license within 90 days of hire.
