Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure
regulatory compliance and process improvement within the Compliance
Department.
Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to provide timely information to auditors,
examiners, and banks
Collect and assess diligence materials on vendors and partners to
meet regulatory requirements
Prepare periodic reports on risks and assist in the regulatory
examination process
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or MSB industry or
as a regulator, examiner, or auditor
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or Paralegal
Certificate preferable
Project management experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of AML/CTF/Fraud laws, including BSA and USA
PATRIOT Act
