Job Description:

Senior Portfolio Analyst (Newport Beach, CA): Loan origination & underwriting responsibilities, including determining the viability of the loan opportunity, underwriting, & preparing credit presentation for approval; Closing responsibilities, including preparing closing memos, reviewing appraisals, reviewing legal documents, & participating in legal discussions with legal counsel; Loan management, including preparing monthly & quarterly reviews of loan risk rating, operating statements, & preparation of memos to update management; Perform annual site inspections, review leasing programs, & discuss operating performance with the Borrower.
Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Finance or closely related field; Prior experience must include: 5 years experience with analyzing & advises on real estate & related financial investment initiatives, including acquisition advise & investment models (including debt & equity models); with performing financial analysis; with researching and monitoring real estate trends & conditions; with providing financial underwriting services for proposed investments & performing due diligence; with CRE data analysis software (including Argus Enterprise) & Excel; 2 years experience with reviewing and analyzing legal documents, 3rd party reports, partnership structures, & operating agreements; with researching state & local planning & zoning polices in California.
Salary:$140,000.
