Start working the way you have imagined with Top Automotive Manufacturer!Volt is immediately hiring for a Data Analyst in Fountain Valley, CA.Hybrid Opportunity with one 1 day onsite - Fast growing organization with room to advance!As a Data Analyst you will:Support Customer Connect related activities including recall, service campaign, and settlement initiativesGenerate reports which may pull data from a single or multiple systemAssists management with developing, generating and updating reporting of recalls and service campaignsGenerate, review and maintain documentation on system reports and chartsIdentify, analyze and research trends, data errors or inconsistencies within the assigned business unitsMonitor supply of campaign parts and dealer backorders and work with internal departments and parts suppliers to identify issuesUtilize the following applications to support assigned projects: Microsoft Office, SQL, Alteryx, Siebel CRM, and AS400Update customer facing documents, including but not limited to recall and service campaign content on websites, call center talk tracks and owner notificationsInteract with client contacts as assigned; exemplifying professional attributesComplete ad hoc projects with tight deadlines which will require daily updates to clientThis is a full time, temporary assignment expected to last 12 months with strong potential to go temp to hire at any time. Hours are M-F from 8am - 5pm with the flexibility to work hybrid, 1 day onsite and the rest remote.The ideal candidate will have:College degree in relevant or related fieldExcellent understanding of Microsoft Excel formulas (required)Experience with SQL queries to retrieve data from databases (preferred)Experience with data prep, analysis and related tools (preferred)Familiarity with Alteryx (highly preferred)Ability to prioritize work among multiple projects and monitor progress and statusExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with operations team and clientsAbility to collaborate effectively and work as part of a teamPay Rate: $27.00-30.00/hr Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
