• Globally known organizationAs a Retail Process and Sales Satisfaction Analyst for the Training team you will:
  • Assist in creating online training content, programs and materials
  • Review training material and suggest improvements
  • Consistently innovating new methods of trends analysis and problem-solving that stem from best practices and innovations from competitors or other industries
  • Running weekly reports in various programs including Excel
  • Creation of ad-hoc reports for both field staff and headquarters personnel
  • Support management decisions through data aggregation & analysis
  • Measure the performance of Key Performance Indicators
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing on website and apps supported by the department
  • Miscellaneous tasks to assist in supporting the department needsSkill/Knowledge
    • Prior experience in data analysis
    • Experience working in a training department or developing training curriculum preferred
    • Proficiency with windows-based software programs - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
    • Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience is preferred
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
    • Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent field preferredThis is a temporary position estimated to last 12 months, with potential to go temp to hire.
