10549 - Sr. Client Services Consultant, Fountain Valley, CA Job Summary For KMNAHMNA and other designated Hyundai Affiliates, drive HAEA IT Service Delivery, including key Partner performance, to meet service level objectives. Provide relevant monthly reports, coordinate rapid issue resolution across HAEA and key Partners, lead appropriate client communication, facilitate remediation of service disruptions and enable the consistent improvement and efficiency of the HAEA IT Service delivery model across KHMNA, their affiliates, HAEA and Partners. Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients, managers and teams throughout the organization Engage with client teams and executives to develop and strengthen relationships, create IT service strategies and roadmaps, identify business objectives and high-level requirements, and analyze and suggest improvements for business processes Facilitate client prioritization of IT needs and correspondingly facilitate alignment of HAEA and Partner priority to addressing those needs, including identifying and communicating new opportunities to the HAEA business innovation and project delivery teams. Provide expertise and guidance in introducing and leveraging new technologies and services to drive innovation and realize efficiency Maintain and coordinate the development of a three year IT Strategy for KHMNA Perform client engagement and account management services including maintenance and review of the MSA, SOWs, budget, POs and invoice processing Ensure that client priorities and delivery schedules are met by HAEA teams and partners Drive achievement of established client satisfaction targets and other IT service levels and organize plans to address any negative variance Effectively resolve client issues and production problems in a timely manner by rapidly organizing and ensuring assignment of the appropriate resources and following through with sufficient root cause analysis and remediation efforts. Required Skills, Attributes Education Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent in the field of business, computers, information systems or related degree. 15 yrs IT experience, preferably with application, client relationship and project management responsibilities Efficient with multitasking between multiple projects Ability to build relationships across stakeholders in business and IT organizations Experience leading internal IT teams and external partners to deliver IT solutions and services within customer expectations High attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills Customer facing skills at all levels of a partner organization and a strong passion for helping customers plan and build on our technology Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Critical thinking and proven ability to solve complex problems Client-first mentality ability to empathize and build positive client relationships Consulting experience preferred, experienced with presentations to business management Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges Ability to analyze budget utilization including variance analysis and make recommendations to achieve greater efficiency
