Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Business Affairs Coordinator on the
Business Affairs (BA) movies team where you will help Amazon MGM
Studios deliver innovative content. We're looking for a sharp,
detail-oriented candidate to join our team in Culver City,

complex deal-making and data analysis within the entertainment

drive the business — whether from an agency, production company,
studio, or network. You know how to move fast without sacrificing
accuracy, and you're energized by high-volume, high-stakes work
that demands both analytical rigor and sound judgment. Above all,
you bring a rare combination of business acumen, analytical skills,
attention to detail, and the discretion required to handle highly
confidential information with the utmost professionalism — at every
level of the organization. Key job responsibilities - Work
cross-functionally with internal production, legal, creative and
finance teams and with film production staff to delineate terms and
ensure talent payments are made in a timely manner. - Own corporate

needed. - Manage high volume deal and option entry, tracking and
analysis in Rightsline, including various report and grid

creation, and workflow automation. - Act as an internal and
external point of contact for deal related questions and inquiries.

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications -
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables,
