Job Description:
DescriptionAs the Assistant Study Coordinator for the LAUNCH
program, you will assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or
Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in contributing to the overall
operational management of clinical research/trial/study activities.
In this role, you will recognize and perform necessary tasks to
assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical
Research Coordinator in managing projects and prioritizing work to
meet necessary deadlines. You will support the Clinical Research
Coordinator and/or Senior Clinical Research Coordinator in planning
and organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study
protocol and applicable regulations. The full salary range for this
position is $27.08 - $43.55/Hourly. The budgeted salary that the
University reasonably expects to pay for this position is
$27.08/Hourly.

QualificationsRequired:
Minimum of 1+
years of experience in a clinical research setting.
Interpersonal
skillstoeffectively communicate information in a timely,
professional manner andestablish and maintain cooperative and
effective working relationships with students, staff, faculty,
external
collaborators, and administration and to work as a member of a
team.
Ability to
effectively communicate to and interact with patients in a
compassionate

applicable
University policies and federal and state regulations.

skills to assess clinical research protocols and regulatory
requirements,

actions.

detailto ensure accuracy in a fast-paced, fluctuating workload

skillsto create and maintain administrative and regulatory
files

proficiency withAdobe and Microsoft suite software, especially
Excel, to perform daily tasks efficiently and accurately.

of clinical research concepts, policies and procedures, and human

protection regulations and laws.

and experienceworking with a variety of local and external
IRBs,
scientific review and other research committees, national

group sponsors, industry sponsors, federal and foundation
funding
organizations, etc.

Preferred:
Bachelor's
Degree in related area and/or equivalent combination of education
and
experience.
