Job Description:
A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster in
NY, NJ, PA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and
bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional
customer service
Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements with all parties
involved through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is
required
Experience in NY, NJ, PA claims is required
2-5 years of complex/severe Bodily Injury claim handling experience
is preferred
Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability
determination
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a
remote environment
