Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Closer.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit mortgage loan files for compliance inaccuracies according to
internal, investor, and federal overlays
Manage a daily pipeline while adhering to strict deadlines and
coordinate funding authorization with title companies
Provide exceptional customer service by facilitating communication
between the closing department, bankers, and analysts
Required Qualifications:
2-year college degree or equivalent mortgage experience
5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience
Experience closing 60+ loans monthly
Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA
programs
Experience with traditional closings, mail-away, hybrid, and RON
closings
