Job Description:
A company is looking for a Local Demand Gen Specialist to
execute and experiment with strategies to increase demand at
parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate demand from local businesses needing parking at network
locations
Own and manage local ad campaigns and listings targeting
drivers
Collaborate with leadership to design experiments that translate
marketing efforts into business impact
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital advertising,
preferably at a startup marketing to local businesses
Proven expertise in running and optimizing email campaigns
Expertise in local Google Ads, including keyword strategy and
landing page conversion
Experience with SEO strategy and execution, including content
strategy and keyword research
A track record of experimentation with the ability to measure
results and iterate quickly
