Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Service Associate
(Hybrid Role).
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries and act as an extension of the client
Provide accurate solutions and guidance while building trust in
customer relationships
Document discussions and meet personal/team production metrics and
quality targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree
preferred
3+ years of previous experience in a customer support role
required
Experience in the tax/banking/mortgage/real estate industry
required
Strong computer skills and ability to work in a structured,
high-volume environment
Typing ability of 35wpm or more
