Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Support Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to students by addressing inquiries and
directing them to appropriate resources
Deliver support services through various communication channels
including email, text, and phone
Maintain availability for inbound calls and conduct outreach to
students regarding enrollment and degree intentions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree
preferred
Knowledge of university guidelines, course descriptions, and
academic terminology
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding of basic mathematics
Ability to manage time effectively to accomplish assigned tasks
