A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Counselor, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide crisis counseling services via phone, aiming to answer 95%
of calls within 20 seconds
Conduct safety assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, and
follow-up with help seekers
Maintain accurate documentation and mentor volunteers during their
training process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Have high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Complete yearly trainings as required by Lifeline
Possess knowledge of risk assessment and data collection
