Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to handle the
processing of mortgage applications and ensure compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and close first and second mortgage applications in
accordance with guidelines and regulations
Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth
transactions and maintain high customer service
Manage underwriting conditions and ensure loan files meet
compliance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related
field preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of related experience in the mortgage
industry
Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and mortgage
processes
Active NMLS license and completion of required continuing
education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with loan
origination systems preferred
