Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative -
Evening Remote Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Connect prospective students to admissions offices via phone, chat,
and email, maintaining productivity goals
Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals for each
session/semester
Document lead/marketing data accurately and assist with CRM
management and training of new employees
Required Qualifications
3+ years of previous call center/sales experience
Experience working in a remote/hybrid role
Ability to work Mon-Fri during specified evening hours
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook
High degree of resolving issues over the phone and building
rapport
