We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job DescriptionProvide translation and localization for internal and external teamsManage client relationships and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for external clients.Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain appropriate project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.Aid in preparation of business materials and participate in client meetings.Perform other assigned tasks as needed.Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users.All business requirements need to be written both a business language and the technical language.QualificationsBi-lingual Korean required1+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's Degree preferredBusiness Management, Information Technology, Big Data related educational background/ work experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFundamental analytical and conceptual thinking & Excellent communication skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Advanced technical skills and BI reportsA history of leading and supporting successful projectsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
