The Technician Manager provides direct leadership support to all
Technician team members. The Technician Manager plans, directs,
delegates, coordinates and performs a variety of duties concerned
with, but not limited to, all technician and veterinary assistant
team members including training, assuring quality patient care,
best practices, performance reviews, and hiring and onboarding. The
Technician Manager is also an example to the entire hospital team
and will routinely interact with the Professional team, the Client
Service Representative team, and our valued clients.
This role will include a combination of
administrative/management duties, technical duties, as well as
oversight of safety protocols, and ensuring a professional and
respectful team environment is adhered to at all times. This
hands-on role will involve working in various areas of the
hospital, as well as performing management duties.
Previous management experience
Dayforce and Workday platforms experience.
3 years experience as a supervisor or 5 years experience in the
Flexibility with schedule when needed.
Maintaining a professional composure at all times.
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with common CA labor laws and routine HR
Strong desire to work as a member of a team.
Ability to adapt priorities when needed
