We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job Description* Provide translation and localization for internal and external teams* Manage client relationships and serve as a primary day-to-day contact for external clients.* Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain appropriate project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.* Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.* Aid in preparation of business materials and participate in client meetings.* Perform other assigned tasks as needed.* Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the business users.* All business requirements need to be written both a business language and the technical language.Qualifications* Bi-lingual Korean required* 3+ years of relevant experience and Bachelor's Degree preferred* Business Management, Information Technology, Big Data related educational background/ work experience preferred but not required* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment* Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking & Excellent communication skills* The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.* Advanced technical skills and BI reports* A history of leading and supporting successful projectsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
