Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in City of Industry is currently looking for a Driver/Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team! This role will be reporting to our Operation Supervisor at our Aerospace Manufactory in City of Industry, CA. Hourly Rate: $19 - $20 DOE with Overtime Available ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Deliver/Pickup parts and materials locally Prepares bills of lading or dray tickets for each shipment. Checks and records all items loaded for shipment. Upon completion of shipment, closes out orders and forwards document to production planning and accounting departments. Maintains other shipping records such as goods returned, returnable pallets, dunnage, packing slips, etc. Verifies goods received by checking and counting all items unloaded. Checks suppliers' count and reports discrepancies to carrier and to purchasing office and receives in the system accurately. Collects information for damage claims on in-transit damage. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma preferred but not required Experience1 year of experience preferred but not required.
