Job Description Job Description Warehouse Manager We are looking
for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee
daily warehouse operations and ensure optimal productivity and
safety. The ideal candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff,
coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with company
standards and regulations. Warehouse Manager Essential
Responsibilities and Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of
the warehouse Manage receiving, storage, RA department, and
shipping processes Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to
meet productivity goals Ensure accurate procedures through regular
audits and recordkeeping Monitor safety standards and enforce
proper warehouse safety procedures Coordinate with suppliers,
logistics teams, and delivery providers Implement continuous
improvement processes to enhance warehouse efficiency Maintain
warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedules Track key
performance metrics and prepare regular operations reports Handle
issues related to damaged or missing inventory and resolve shipment
discrepancies Warehouse Manager Qualifications and Skills Strong
leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and
multitasking abilities Familiarity with warehouse management
systems (WMS) and logistics software Strong problem-solving skills
and attention to detail Knowledge of health and safety regulations
in warehouse environments Effective communication and
decision-making abilities Ability to lift and move heavy items when
necessary Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree
in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field
(preferred). Experience may be considered in lieu of education. 4–6
years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
Experience using inventory software or ERP systems, or NetSuite
experience is a plus. OSHA certification or other warehouse safety
training is a plus. CTPAT experience is a plus. JVCKENWOOD USA is
