The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the life cycle of a case—from intake through trial or settlement. Responsibilities: Conduct client intakes and interviews with potential and current clients. Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other court documents. Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized documentation. Perform legal research and summarize findings. Coordinate and manage deadlines, calendaring, and case timelines. Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and deposition materials. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts. Assist in trial preparation and provide courtroom support as needed. Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items. Qualifications: 3 years of experience as a paralegal. Background in employment law (wage and hour, wrongful termination, class actions, and/or discrimination/harassment). Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and litigation procedures. Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
