Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product and Regulatory Legal
Director.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop payment-related
product launches and enhancements
Advise on and negotiate strategic transactions with fintechs and
technology companies
Conduct legal research on fintech trends and oversee regulatory
monitoring programs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in legal/regulatory roles in consumer
financial services or fintech
J.D. degree and state bar member in good standing, with fintech
banking experience
Expertise in payments and banking industry legal issues and
compliance regulations
Understanding of banking and lending operations with the ability to
balance legal risks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work
collaboratively across functions
