Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Technology
Transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate technology contracts, including various
agreements
Provide legal advice and transaction support involving distributors
and technology partners
Collaborate with senior executives and support go-to-market
strategies
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a commercial attorney role
5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology
contracts
Preferred experience working for a large technology company
Ability to adapt to business needs quickly
Strong background in technology transactions and partner/channel
experience
