Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and negotiate agreements for Financial Services
business units
Assist Compliance division with money transmission licenses and
audits
Conduct regulatory analysis and prepare memorandums for new
products and services
Qualifications
2+ years of legal experience required
Admitted to practice in Georgia (or another state) and in good
standing
Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial
agreements
Self-motivated with excellent time management and interpersonal
skills
Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
