Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Operational Analytics
and Reporting (Legal Collections).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide complex data analysis and reporting using various data
visualization tools
Lead projects on reporting initiatives and provide insights for
strategic decision making
Identify trends and recommend efficiencies to support business
improvements
Required Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in process level data reporting and
forecasting
Experience in Legal Collections and performance management
Advanced SQL and Power BI experience required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management,
Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's
degree preferred
Knowledge of complex operations, systems, and statistical
analyses
