Job Description:
A company is looking for a contract Avature System Administrator
to provide general work processing and administrative duties in a
100% remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements to configuration specifications
Ensure successful implementation of system enhancements and perform
QA testing
Collaborate with the Avature platform manager and assist with the
implementation of new tools in Talent Acquisition
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Avature system administrator experience
including configuration
Core understanding of HR business processes, particularly full
lifecycle recruiting
Knowledge of HR systems, especially in the Talent Acquisition
space
Experience with systems support and user inquiries
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communication,
technology, or relevant field preferred
