Job Description:




PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES


1) the new hire should have decent microsoft word and excel experience just to document things.
2) the new hire should know cisco call manager, unity , possibly some webex admin experience, as to be able to do daily tickets in our environment
3) maybe have some knowledge of cisco call center , such as cad and finesses at an agent level, not so much as logging.
4) maybe some experience with five 9 call center administration. how to build vcc agents, maybe light ivr logging
5) maybe some experience logging into routers and switches as far as a voice scenario regarding trouble shooting
6) maybe have some experience with cisco video codecs.
7) a must can do attitude for running with projects especially an upcoming upgrade to call manager, unity and Cisco finesse.
8) possibly have experience working with the telco?s.











CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED


--- Computer Science Graduate with 4 to 6 years of work experience
--- Good problem-solving skills
--- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication of technical material.
--- Strong Communication Skills, presentation Skills and Interpersonal Skills
