Job Title: Full Desk Recruiter (Contract Position) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organically growing existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for both permanent and contract positions. This position will primarily focus on working with agency and commercial teams in the tech, life sciences, and consumer industries. Responsibilities: Manage and nurture existing client accounts, fostering organic growth. Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for both permanent and contract positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels. Build and maintain a network of industry professionals. Clearly communicate goals and objectives to senior leadership. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter, preferably in the commercial, tech, life sciences, or consumer industries. Strong track record of successfully filling permanent and contract positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
