Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Global HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Technology
team, including task prioritization and project allocation
Design and recommend technology solutions that integrate various HR
and financial systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HR projects and improve data
quality and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent
experience
15+ years of experience in Workday Integrations and managing
technical teams
10+ years of experience supporting an HCM with 8+ years in
designing and configuring Workday HCM applications
Strong functional and technical experience in multiple Workday HCM
modules
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data manipulation
using EIBs
