$17.00–$19.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly; based on experience and

Greeter, you serve as the first point of contact for guests
arriving at the service drive. You play a vital role in setting the
tone for the guest experience by providing a warm welcome,
supporting efficient check-in processes, and assisting the service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guest Welcome: Greet each
guest promptly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel
acknowledged and valued Guest Direction: Escort guests to the
appropriate service advisor or team member and respond to general,
non-technical questions Service Intake Support: Assist with service
check-in processes, verify required documentation, and help
maintain an orderly service drive flow Area Maintenance: Maintain a
clean, organized, and welcoming service drive and customer waiting
areas Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors,
technicians, porters, and management to support efficient daily
operations Safety & Compliance: Follow dealership procedures and
applicable Cal/OSHA safety guidelines while working in active
service areas Perform other job-related duties consistent with the
Service Greeter role, as assigned by management RequirementsDriving
Assignments Only Valid California driver’s license and acceptable
driving record Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual
transmission preferred but not required) Driving duties are
assigned based on role level and operational needs General
Qualifications Strong attention to detail and time management
skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as
part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical
Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability
to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive motions
associated with vehicle movement and lot duties Reasonable
