They attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services; they provide support to our corporate office, divisional offices, and Sales/Marketing by fielding incoming calls and emails from prospective and current B2B and B2C customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to customer email and voicemail questions by understanding inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering, and researching information, assembling, and forwarding informationVerify customer's understanding of information and answerRecord customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accountsImprove quality service by recommending improved process and identifying new product and service applicationsCommunicate and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing as necessary.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, updating the FAQ/Help pages,Provide excellent customer service to improve business performanceUnderstand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarification and solutionsCommunicate with all TriMark divisions to ensure customers' requirements are met or exceededRoute and direct customer requests to appropriate personnelContribute ideas to resolve customer problem to improve productivityDeliver prompt and professional solutions for customer's inquiries via direct contact, phone, email, etc.Maintain and update customer documentation as neededOrder parts and small equipment requested by customersPerform other related duties as required and assignedCOMPETENCIES: Superior customer service attitude with unwavering commitment to the customer, team, and CompanyClear, concise, and genuine phone presenceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent interpersonal skillsOutstanding problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environmentStrong organizational skillsHighly motivated and self-directedHigh attention to detailStrong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and MS Operating systemStrong professional work ethicQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * High School diploma or equivalent* 1 - 3 years of experience in a customer service environment* Previous foodservice industry experienceAbility to successfully pass a background checkTriMark's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is a purposeful mission of strengthening our organization and those we serve by uniting the unique differences of our employees.
