Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Westlake Village, CA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,321 to $1,521 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a real difference as a travel PTA in Westlake Village, CA. You will work with outpatient patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and return to activities under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active California PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. No new graduates. Minimum outpatient clinical experience required. Experience conducting 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred. Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines. Ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and delegate discipline-specific therapy services as appropriate. Willingness to participate in student supervision as assigned and to engage in professional development activities. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
