Description Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float Pay Information $2,600 to $2,700 per week Shift Details Nights - 3 x 12 hours About the Position The Role: As a Med-Surg/Telemetry Float RN, you will be the heart of our patient care, providing expert nursing services in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing a diverse patient population, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Your flexibility and critical thinking skills will be key as you float between Med-Surg and Telemetry units, ensuring seamless patient care across the facility. Unit & Patient Details: Unit Size: 36 Beds | Avg. Census: 36 Nurse-Patient Ratio: A manageable 1:4 Schedule: Every other weekend coverage required. No call requirement! Patient Population: A wide range from Adolescents to Geriatrics. Case Mix: You'll be working in a Telemetry setting with general Med-Surg patients and a moderate volume of orthopedic surgical cases. Total joint ortho experience is required.
