Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and
knowledgeable RCFE Administrator to oversee daily operations,
ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations, and lead our care team
with professionalism and compassion. Responsibilities: Oversee
medical and health service activities and personnel Plan and
coordinate health services Work collaboratively with physicians to
implement appropriate healthcare plans Maintain a clean environment
to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies
and procedures Strong knowledge of Title 22 regulations, resident
rights, and best practices in elder care. Handle resident
admissions and assessments Respond promptly to emergencies,
resident needs, and staff concerns. ? Qualifications: 1 year
previous experience in RFCE/ small bed facility as an administrator
3 years experience in a dementia facility/ small bed facility 3
years experience in aggressive combative Experience in a managerial
role Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills Compensation &
