We are a private, PT owned outpatient physical therapy clinic which specializes in Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation. Our goal is to use evidence based practices to maximize our patients' outcomes and provide unparalleled individualized care to all who come to SCOR. SCOR Physical Therapy is located in the beautiful seaside community of San Clemente, CA.
