Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Details - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele - Facility: CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center - Unit: 6171 – 9T Medical Surgical / MS-Tele Float - Profession: Registered Nurse - Specialty: Med/Surg / Telemetry - Job Type: Travel Contract - Start Date: February 23, 2026 - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Number of Openings: 5 - Shift: Night – 3×12-Hour - Shift Time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Full Work Location: 1300 N Vermont Ave Los Angeles, CA 90027 Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in MS/Tele and Med/Surg settings - Monitor telemetry, assess patient conditions, and respond to changes promptly - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders - Accurately document patient care using Paragon EMR (training provided) - Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams - Float to appropriate units as needed in accordance with facility policy - Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and Joint Commission standards Requirements - Active California RN license (license in hand – no EMSA) - Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience - BLS and ACLS certifications - Willingness to float (per unit policies) - No DUI background issues - COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions) - Travel experience not required - Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate Position Highlights - Night shift MS/Tele travel contract - Multiple openings (5 positions available) - Local travelers accepted - Work at a well-known Los Angeles medical center - Strong floating support and structured policies K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
