Description Clinical Program Manager at Providence St. Mary
Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full time and
will work 8-hour, Day shift. Providence St. Mary Medical Center has

for our community." Under the Direction of the Director of Risk
Management, the Patient Safety Officer is responsible for the
development, coordination and evaluation of an organization-wide
Patient Safety Program at St. Mary Medical Center. Key functions
include internal and external safety data and experience analysis
and action planning, development and integration of key aspects of
the hospital's Patient Safety Plan, coordination of proactive
performance improvement and educational activities related to
patient safety. The Patient Safety Officer assesses and promotes
compliance with The Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals
and other evidence-based patient safety initiatives, and implements
programs, policies, and education to maximize patient safety.

years of Clinical practice experience. Preferred Qualifications: -

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
