Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing
multidisciplinary home health agency. We offer both full-time and

Mentoring Program designed to support recent graduates and therapy
assistants who may have limited or no pediatric experience. New
team members are paired with a highly experienced trainer during a
paid, three-week training period that focuses on hands-on learning,
foundational knowledge and company procedures.Following the initial
training, each team member is assigned adedicated mentor who
provides ongoing support with both clinical and administrative
matters. This continued guidance ensures a smooth transition into
your role and helps build confidence as you grow within the
company.Additionally, staff participate in monthly Reflective
Supervision sessionsone-on-one meetings designed to discuss
challenges, share insights, and develop effective strategies to

experience in providing in-home services for children over three.*

Here:*_* Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising
Occupational Therapist using a play-based approach for our early
start or in-home health program clients* Monitor client progress
and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.*
Educate parents and caregivers on fine motor development strategies
to support continued progress at home.* Collaborate effectively
with a multidisciplinary team, including Child Development
Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists,
Speech-Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators, Physicians, and
families.* Support each child's development by facilitating
progress through developmental milestones, promoting inclusion, and
enhancing caregiver-child relationships.* Demonstrate professional
and effective communication skills in all interactions.* Complete
and submit documentation, including required signatures, on a daily
basis.* Participate in monthly Reflective Supervision sessions.*
