Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home
health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in North
Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members
within a designated geographic area
Manage a flexible schedule, with the option for part-time or
full-time work
Complete assessments that last between 45-90 minutes, operating
Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Active NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP) or the
ability to obtain them
All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP
Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or
endocrinology is a plus
Home health care or home visit experience is advantageous
