• Anticipated start date: ASAP
• Salary: $2469.20 - $2812.60 weekly
• Anticipated duration of assignment: 13 weeks
• Anticipated schedule: 5x8 Days

  • Assess and monitor wounds.
  • Clean and bandage wounds.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to determine if additional treatments or changes in care are required.
  • Educate patients and caretakers on wound care, infection and injury prevention, and pressure ulcer (bed sore) care.
  • Write orders to expedite wound healing and avoid skin breakdown.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications for the Wound Care RN:
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
    • One or more year(s) of current experience within Wound Care.
    • Current BLS/BCLS and/or ACLS certifications.
    • Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
