What you will do and what we expect of you Lets do this. Lets
change the world. In this vital role you will: Duties: Leverage
deep scientific or biopharma understanding to define business
problems and address through data and analytics approaches and
projects; Identify business questions that need to be addressed to
meet changing business needs; Influence leadership to incorporate
findings, insights and intelligence into program strategy; Turn
unstructured business issues and requests into action plans and
projects that result in quality and concrete results; Plan, craft
and conduct key strategic and sophisticated secondary research
programs and translate the findings into strategic and tactical
recommendations that drive brand success; Synthesize and integrate
data, research and analyses into insights; Ensure that analyses and
summaries of results are shared in the form of compelling stories
that deepen customer understanding; Stay on the forefront of data
and analytics techniques and capabilities, and leads implementation
of new methodologies and standard processes; and Consider
alternative methodologies to collect the voice of customer. May
telecommute. Requirements: Masters degree (or foreign equivalent)
in Business and Science, Data Science,Statisticsor related field &
2 years of experience in the job offered or in a forecasting
related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the
following: 1. Strategy and management consulting in the biopharma
industry; 2. Pharma market data analytics and manipulation
techniquesincluding:Patient Flow, Treatment Sequence Analysis,
Source of Business, Key Driver Analysis, ROI, or Market Dynamic
Assessment; 3. Analytical skills including patient, provider and
payer analytics, market assessment, channel analytics, and data
reporting; 4. Information sets including patient claims, demand,
specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, and Wholesale data and
translating to actionable outcomes; 5. Utilizing data analysis and
visualization toolsincluding:SQL, SAS, Python, MicrosoftExceland
Tableau; 6. Collaborating with stakeholders toidentifyperformance
metrics and developing custom reports, dashboards, and creating
workflows tofacilitateinternal review process; and 7. Project
management and tracking project activities, calculating risks, and
creating contingency plans around projects relying on Microsoft
projects and other project management tools including SharePoint or

Job type:Full Time position. The annual salaryrangefor this
position in the U.S. is$149,684.00- $181,304.00per year. Also, this
position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability
insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles,

way. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S.
(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
