Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, National Distribution Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal alignment between business units' target appetites
and brokers' books of business to maximize profitable growth
opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and
collaborate with regional leaders to achieve production and
profitability goals
Lead initiatives to position the company as a market leader and
provide strategic input into producer compensation elements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA or
equivalent preferred
Minimum 12 years of related experience in broker and carrier
roles
At least 8 years of leadership experience in insurance industry
organizations preferred
Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance distribution
and trends
Strong producer relationships with global and regional brokers
