Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics to lead a team in
transforming healthcare data into innovative products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of analysts to leverage healthcare data for
new product development
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product
initiatives and drive process improvements
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical processes while
communicating insights to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and strong experience with
SQL Server
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI,
Tableau, or Looker
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Economics, or related field is a plus
Experience with cloud analytics platforms like Databricks is a
plus
