Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead global compensation policies to attract and retain
employees
Manage employee benefits policies and agreements with providers
Conduct external competitiveness studies and propose compensation
improvements
Required Qualifications
University degree (preferably in Business Administration or Labor
Relations)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in the tech sector is a plus
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Knowledge of HR management software, such as Personio, is
desirable
