Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Architecture to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise-wide business applications architecture to support strategic objectives
Create architecture documentation and training materials to facilitate understanding and adoption
Conduct technical, business, and security due diligence on new platforms and technologies

Required Qualifications

15+ years of executive-level experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in commercial real estate
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience leading architecture teams and initiatives in complex enterprise environments
Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, etc.) are required
Data and AI certifications and real estate-related certifications (e.g., Yardi, MRI) are preferred
